When it is right it is the best cup in the city. It was right twice out of three.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>Consistency is the whole job. The other half thinks a peak worth queuing for counts for something. We have not settled it, so the weighting is equal and the disagreement is printed here instead.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Why no chains?<\/summary>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They are consistent everywhere and interesting nowhere, which makes them a useful baseline and a boring list. The Station Kiosk is in the table for exactly that reason.<\/p>\n\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-dots\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Nobody was told in advance, and nothing was comped.
